Abstrakt: An unusual case of a chylous fistula following left breast-conserving treatment in a 55-year-old woman with right-sided Poland’s syndrome is presented. The patient, who underwent quadrantectomy with complete axillary clearance for invasive ductal carcinoma of the left breast, developed a chylous fistula due to thoracic duct anomalies. As far as we know, this is the first report of a thoracic duct anomaly associated with Poland’s syndrome. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
