Reports on ten cases of cannabis arteritis. Comparison of reports to the old concept of cannabis arteries first described in the 1960s; Patients' development of subacute distal ischemia of lower or upper limbs; Necrosis in the toes and fingers and sometimes distal limb gangrene; Patients' use of cannabis regularly; Treatment using ilomedine and heparin; Finding that prolonged use of cannabis could be an additive risk factor. |
