| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the use of limited antibiotic to treat lower respiratory tract infections (LRTI) in the general practice. The study suggests that the use of antibiotics in LRTI reduces the risk subsequent pneumonia in relation to respiratory infection-related mortality. The study found difficulty in interpreting the associations between antibiotic use and outcomes in different health settings and different patient groups. |
