Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study which explored L-carnosine's use as a buffer in gellan gum. The study evaluated the buffer capacity and determined the accelerated chemical stability through high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results revealed the optimal pharmaceutical characteristics shown by L-Carnosine as a buffer in topical ocular formulations. |
