| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case study of a 15-year-old female who was suffering from a deep gingival fenestration on the mandibular right central incisor. She had been undergoing orthodontic therapy for nearly 25 months for the correction of an Angle's Class II, division 1 malocclusion. However, after the expansion of two dental arches in the treatment, the patient developed soft tissue fenestration and osseous dehiscence on the mandibular right central incisor. |
