The article presents a case study of a three year follow up of management of a Kennedy Class III with etched cast restoration. The treatment was of a 43 year old women, whose dentition showed caries along with the presence of plaque and calculus. The maxillary right incisors had also migrated labialy due to periodontal breakdown. A short-term treatment plan was devised for her to cover periodontal and operative care and a long term treatment plan included additional mandibular prostheses.` |
