Abstrakt: The article describes the case of a 15-year-old boy with diffuse rectosigmoid cavernous haemangioma. The patient presented with long-standing bleeding of the rectum to the department of gastroenterology. Rectal digital examination and proctoscopy failed to show the cause of bleeding.
