The article describes a case of infrapatellar contracture syndrome which developed following a knee surgery in a 29-year-old female patient. The patient underwent an arthroscopic-assisted patellar tendon autograft anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction and partial lateral meniscectomy. Following surgery, she did not regain full range of motion, with extreme tightness and anterior knee pain. |
