The article discusses the restorative approach and technical steps used in the maxillary rehabilitation by presenting a case report involving a 57-year-old female patient. The factors considered in the final prosthetic design for the patient included the use of a metal-ceramic combination as the restorative material. Information is presented on diagnostic waxup and abutment fabrication, as well as the fabrication of the final full-contour waxup. The final metal cast framework is also described. |
