| Abstrakt: | The article discusses the chairside computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) dental restorations. The technology was allegedly first introduced in 1985. It explores the uses of CAD/CAM system in dental practices, such as cosmetic procedures and dental restorations. The author also evaluates one of the four chairside CAD/CAM systems in the market, CEREC AC Powered by Bluecam from Sirona Dental Systems. |
