Abstrakt: The article focuses on the confidentiality of international arbitration under the Swiss law. It notes the contention of Swiss commentator that confidentiality of arbitration is implied obligation. It highlights the obligation of an arbitrator to keep confidential of the disputes, except when sharing of information is for the purpose of performing the task. It cites that anonymity of parties and dispute are maintained confidential although arbitration proceedings are public.
