Abstrakt: Pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method with a substrate heating system enabled us to obtain Sm-Co thick film magnets with the thickness of several ten microns. With increasing a substrate temperature from 673 to 1073 K, the direction of anisotropy changed from in-plane to perpendicular one. The observation of crystalline structure in the films indicated the agreement with the change in anisotropy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
