A chapter from the book "Shopping Centre Lease: A Pan-European Overview," a publication of the International Council of Shopping Centers, is presented. It offers an overview of the terms for shopping center leases and lease clauses in Russia. It covers most typical lease terms used in Moscow and Saint Petersburg shopping centers. The terms of shopping center leases, rents and rights to leased premises are discussed. The chapter also tackles the ability to transfer the lease or sublet. |
