The article focuses on a study, which aims to examine the impact of radio frequency identification (RFID) implementation on service performance. A case study methodology is utilized by the study, to explain the effect of RFID on performance. The findings indicate that RFID implementation has a significant influence on consumer components like quality, value, and satisfaction, of the service profit chain. The methodology/approach, research limitations/implications, practical implications, and originality/value, of the study, are also discussed. |
