| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on the significance of long-range signalling in translational GTPase, hydrolase enzymes of guanosine triphosphate, elongation factor thermo unstable (EF-Tu). The factor activates in response to correct recognition of the messenger RNA codon by aminoacyl-tRNA (aa-tRNA) anticodon. A study shows that the new high-resolution cryo-electron microscopic (cryo-EM) ribosome complex structures with aa-tRNA and EF-Tu blocked by the antibiotic kirromycin offer insight to activation. |
