The article presents a study which investigates the inland occurrence of the oceanic Anogramma leptophylla of the Zempléni Mountains in Hungary. It was found out that the striking occurrence of the plant species called fern may be due to the peculiar microclimatological conditions of habitat. The study also counted the chromosomes in some individuals of the Hungarian population. |
