| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on a study which examined the effect of bradykinin (BK) degradation on left ventricular (LV) myocyte contractility. LV free wall from porcine hearts were used in the study. The study showed that myocyte exposure to BK led to a reduction in myocyte contractility. LV myocyte pretreated with HOE140 caused a persistent negative effect on myocyte contractility. |
