| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study on the effects of cilostazol, a quinolinone derivative, on heart disease patients with atrial fibrillation and who have had bradycardia episodes. The study was conducted with the oral administration of the drug in a period of two months, with baseline Holter electrocardiography administered before and after the tests. Results indicated that cilostazol improved heart rate and regularized heart beat. It is noted that the administration of the drug resulted in a significant decrease in natriuretic polypeptide levels. |
