The article discusses the impact of the acceptance of the law of Civil Partnership on the LGBT community. It is stated that with LGBT people being granted the equal right to marry, produce children through in vitro fertilization and equal rights at workplace, there is a possibility that LGBTs are now more drifted towards conventionalism and have accepted the customs and values of heterosexuals. However, many believe that accepting equality did not serve the purpose of the LGBT communities. |
