Abstrakt: The article discusses research included in this issue on the topic of human error from a psychological perspective. The concept of perfectionism is discussed, as well as the connection between a very capitalistic society and the amount of religious influence in a society. The author also responds to a theory which outlines four conditions for judging something as an error: subjectivity, alternative, context, and responsibility.
