| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses a microtechnique for determining the lead content in human parotid saliva and blood. The technique involves the use of atomic absorption spectrophotometer, a Delves sampling cup, and some partial oxidation with hydrogen peroxide. Data shows the standard curve that was calculated by the method of additions, as well as a comparison of the lead peaks for blood and saliva. |
