Abstrakt: The article discusses the adhesion of foods to teeth. A study was conducted using over 70 varieties of food in order to study their adhesion to teeth as it pertains to the incidence of dental caries. Foods included vegetables, candy, baked food, and meat which were prepared in different ways as well. Specific areas of the tooth were examined for food adhesion such as between the walls of occlusal fissures.
