Abstrakt: This article discusses the results of a research study conducted to establish a method to prepare oral calcified tissue, such as extracted teeth and alveolar bone, for histological examination. The method described relies on formic acid-sodium citrate decalcification, n-butyl alcohol dehydration, and embedding in paraffin or celloidin.
