The article discusses the effect of dietary fluorine in delaying dental caries. The authors point out that human enamel from healthy teeth contains more fluorine than enamel from carious teeth. Experimental methods used in a study to determine the amount of fluorine that should be ingested to maintain health teeth are detailed. |
