| Abstrakt: |
This article discusses the use of fluorometry to determine the concentration of tryptophan and tyrosine in dentin and bone protein. Fluorometric data on basic hydrolysates in these proteins are examined. This research is taken to indicate that tryptophan residues are present in the calcified proteins of teeth and bone. |
