| Abstrakt: |
The article reports on a study which measures and compares the concentration of aureomycin in saliva and blood serum after intravenous injection. Aureomycin was observed in saliva within fifteen minutes of injection, reached its highest concentration at the end of the first hour, and the concentration dropped by 40 percent at the end of the second hour. Data is given for the blood serum levels. |
