The article presents an economic outlook for China for the fiscal year 2009. It mentions that the global economic crisis has greatly affected various industries in China such as mortgage and loan facilities. It notes that the major sources of capital for many Sub-Saharan African (SSA) governments are high levels of Chinese investment and generous loan facilities. Moreover, it asserts that maintaining stable economic growth could be a political survival for the Chinese Communist Party. |
