Abstrakt: The article presents research on the pH attained at steady state by samples of dental plaques prepared at a standard thickness, placed in contact with a glass electrode, and immersed in a solution and maintained under controlled temperature conditions, buffer capacity, and carbohydrate concentration. Provided is a comparison of the pH values with the pH attained by pure strains of microorganisms isolated from dental plaque and saliva and prepared in a concentrated form through centrifuging.
