The article presents various creative ideas to introduce students to Caldecott Medal Books in the U.S. The Caldecott Rummy by Robert J. Langdon asked students to create sets of word cards that represent Caldecott Titles. The Caldecott Bingo and Nonfiction Game by Diana L. Millis allows students to design a Bingo template for the game. Meanwhile, the Caldecott Collages by Susan Kneib Schank explores the artistic style of Caldecott illustrators through their books and related online resources. |
