Abstrakt: The article studies how much citric acid can be found in human teeth. Teeth were obtained, and their crowns separated into dentin and enamel. Both dentin and enamel were then dissolved and chemically processed. Results are presented for citric-acid content of both dentin and enamel, along with the observation that such content appears unrelated to caries and tooth type.
