The article discusses the implications of the establishment of university engagement for the 21st Century in the U.S. According to the author, the implementation of Morril Act of 1862 is one of the governments's essential contribution on the development of democratic life as well as the network of land grant in college institutions. It also cites the essential element necessary in the establishment of a strong foundation commitment and leadership as well as organizing strategies. |
