The article explores the operations in Iraq and Afghanistan and offer suggestions on how to enhance interoperability and integration of coalition special-operations forces (SOF). It includes the outreach or coalition advocacy programs, which aims at SOF partners and initiatives to manage the interoperability of partners in a fully integrated joint CSOF command structure. It notes that to ensure strategic success, CSOF community must come together and provide guidance, training and education. |
