| Abstrakt: |
The author looks at several issues concerning the provision of names to geographical features. However,in the Antarctic, there are no problems concerning naming geographical features. Based on history, claimant countries have seen the significance of providing names as a governance activity. One reason for the problem with naming geographical features is because of the need to use a wide range of languages for maps produced in different countries. |
