The article offers strategies for departmental chairperson and deans efficient in fostering holistic student learning and development. It is he main goal of every chairperson and dean to establish an efficient code of education that would provide holistic student learning and development. They need to consider that student development can be triggered through the total understanding of their intellectual, social, interpersonal, emotional, physical and spiritual needs. |
