| Abstrakt: |
The author reflects on the several considerations that need to be addressed by dentists when implementing dental implants. He asserts that the "Guidelines for the Provision of Dental Implants," developed by the Academy of Osseointegration is essential in enhancing the knowledge and skills of clinicians concerning dental implant therapy. The author also contends that an assessment on the outcome of the therapy as well as its associated risks nee to be considered. |
