Abstrakt:	The article discusses the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) comorbidity. The discussion encompasses the prevalence of PTSD among TBI cases, challenges in recognizing the comorbidity, symptoms of comorbidity, variables that differentiate TBI from PTSD, use of neurocognitive assessment and pharmacological treatment.
