Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the faculty toolkits developed in the three-site bachelor's of science in nursing program at Conestoga College. It states that the faculty toolkits are a collection of learning activities that focus on the key thread in the curriculum, nursing theory and development of critical thinking. It presents the three goals of the project and explains the methods used. It also explores the results of the project after a year of implementation through surveys and comments from the faculty members. |
