Abstrakt: |
It is established that the highest rate of extraction of heavy metals (HM) from waste water is achieved in the first hours of duckweed being in solutions. It is noted that duckweed exhibits the properties of a discriminatory, selective extractor of HM, although after a certain time metals start to be detached from plants. Recommendations are given for the duckweed extraction time and planting of new growths. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
