The article reports on the accomplishments and plans of the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine's (STEM) Future of Family Medicine (FFM) Special Task Force developed in April 2005 in the U.S. The task force is designed to address the recruiting and training issues relating to family medicine. It emphasizes that the organization's pipeline programs aim to increase the number of medical school graduates entering family medicine residencies. |
