The article discusses the different kinds of metaphors that can be found in defense organizations in the U.S. These include organization is team metaphor, organization is a person metaphor, and group is organization metaphor. It reveals that identifying metaphors existing in an organization will play essential role in developing solutions to problems and efficiently assessing organizational needs. |
