The article discusses the insights and challenges in individual counselors in the counseling profession. It cites on the outcomes research performed by counselors as a tool to continue improving the services they offer. Counselors must have to keep careful records for clients in helping them to improve. In the pursuit of improving the process, they also need to define their goals and develop research procedures and techniques that will help incur information they needed to improve decisions. |
