The article reports on the participation of Team Valkenhof from Quebec at the U.S. Olympian Lendon Gray's 10th annual Youth Dressage Festival held in Saugerties, New York in July 2008. The members of the team include Kaitlin Bourgon of Elgin, Laurence Migner of Saint Anne de Bellevue, Julie Channell of Boucherville and Kirsten Law of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Laurence Migner, riding Wilco, won the Third level gold medal in the individual competition. For all the team members, competing at such an event was a great opportunity. |
