| Abstrakt: | The article reports that wine bars have emerged as a hot restaurant trend in Washington. Many wine lists are as fat as phone books, and glasses of wine can demand as much money as starters. In every corner of the region, wine bars are answering the call for casual dining. The best wine bars know how to treat wine. Furthermore, trendsetter bars including the Cork and Enology, and old-timers that are still going strong including Grapeseed and Dino are also reported. |
