Abstrakt: The article discusses the nutritional contents of small seeds such as sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds. It states that seeds are a respectable source of the same good fat found in nuts that have been shown to help lower bad cholesterol, ward off diabetes, and combat the effects of aging associated with Alzheimer's disease. The recipes which use sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds are also presented.
