Chapter 9 of the book "Little Women" is presented. Meg leaves the family for two weeks and stays with her rich friend Amy Moffat. Meg envied Amy for having a stylish lifestyle and she is ashamed that her family is poor. When the two attended a party, Laurie saw Meg and is not pleased with her appearance and behavior. When Meg returns home she confesses to her mother that she was made to look foolish and that many gossip was said about her and her family. |
