The article presents results of the 2008 "Aviation Week" Workforce study of U.S. aerospace and defense (A&D) professionals. The study assessed where A&D professionals most want to work based on the feedback of readers and users. Employees continue to seek a technological challenge and an environment where technology matters. They also want to continue learning and growing in their work, and their careers. Based on the data, the Aerospace Corp. took top honors in this category for two consecutive years. |
