Abstrakt: Reverse logistics is the process of planning, implementing, and controlling the efficient, cost effective flow of raw materials, in-process inventory, final products and related information from the return point to the point where value is recaptured. Inventory management and production planning are important issues in reverse logistics. Returned products are main part of inventory. Traditional inventory control and production planning models don't consider that products may be returned and remanufactured. Recent researches show a strategic importance of recapturing value from returned products. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
