The article reports on results of a study of intraperitoneal topotecan as consolidation chemotherapy in ovarian and primary peritoneal carcinoma. A description of the experimental set-up and measurement method is provided. The study concluded that the consolidation of intraperitoneal topotecan is a feasible option for women with advanced ovarian and primary peritoneal cancers. |
