| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on the role of school management and organization in educational change. It discusses sociocultural and organizational learning theories and examines other articles in the issue. The varying approaches to educational reform are described and assessed. Teacher collaboration is stressed as an important aspect of educational improvement and traditional compared to modern teaching methods are examined. The role of professional intermediaries such as the Center for Educational Leadership (CEL) is addressed and the educational program "Schools for Thought" (SFT) is referred to throughout the article. |
