Abstrakt: The article presents the differences of modernism and postmodernism and their relevance to management and organizational dynamics. Critics described modernism as soulless and mechanistic while others described postmodernism as fundamentally driven by incredulity toward metanarratives. In program management, it considers postmodernism more efficient than modernism because it searches ways to produce enough objects at an acceptable cost.
